Audience
The DesignModeler training course is intended for all new and existing ANSYS users regardless of actual CAD (Computer Aided Design) and Analysis experience and covers the basics of how to use DesignModeler to modify and create geometry in preparation for analysis.
Recommended background knowledge
- Engineering degree or engineering experience
- Basic functional familiarity with computers
- Familiarity with a CAD package such as Pro/Engineer, Unigraphics, Mechanical Desktop, Solid Edge, SolidWorks, or any other general Parasolid or ACIS modeling package
- Experience of using DesignSpace and/or ANSYS WorkBench Environment.
