Introduction to ANSYS for MEMS.
Audience
This introductory course is aimed at practicing engineers and researchers in the Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) industries who wish to gain a working knowledge of how to perform engineering analyses using the ANSYS program. An understanding of the principles behind the finite element technique is desirable, though not essential.
Basic structural and thermal concepts as applicable to MEMS are covered during the course that also acts as a good foundation for the Multiphysics Simulation for MEMS training course.
Recommended background knowledge
- Engineering degree or engineering experience.
